Westfield required an extremely quick schedule in order聽to open the parking structure in time to support聽an annual tennis tournament that takes place at the聽mall on the 4th of July weekend.
The total precast Design-Manufacture-Construct聽approach provided a very lean and efficient delivery聽of the parking structure. The duration from ground聽breaking to certificate of occupancy was only 5聽months, and the project was delivered on time and聽within the GMP. Schedule savings were achieved by聽utilizing the 鈥淎ll-in-One鈥� system of architecturally finishing聽the structural elements of the building. This聽enhances the value of efficient structural precast elements聽creating a beautiful integrated finish designed聽to stand the test of time. The project is designed for聽and additional future level.
